We understand that ordering custom products online requires trust. This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective of your purchase.
The Golden Rule: If we made a mistake (quality issue or wrong size manufactured), we will fix it for free. If you measured incorrectly, we cannot accept a return, but we will do our best to help you find a solution.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

Custom products (Mega-Fit, Architectural, Ventilation Series) are hand-cut and sewn to your specific dimensions.
A. Our Responsibility
We guarantee that the finished product will match the dimensions you provided within a standard industry tolerance of +/- 2cm. If the product you receive falls outside this tolerance or has a material defect (e.g., torn mesh, weak magnets), it is covered under our 30-Day Warranty.
- Resolution: We will manufacture and ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you. No need to return the defective item unless requested.
B. Customer Responsibility
Because custom items cannot be resold, we cannot offer returns or refunds if the product does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Please double-check your measurements before ordering. Visit our Measurement Guide to ensure accuracy.
For standard size items (Quick-Fit Series) and accessories:
- You may return the item within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our nearest warehouse.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.
Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number.
Step 2: Describe the issue. If it is a fitment or quality issue, please attach photos or a video showing:
- The defect/damage.
- A tape measure against the product to show the actual size received (if claiming a size error).
Step 3: Our team will review your claim within 24 hours. If approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement immediately.
We work fast! Custom orders enter our production line shortly after purchase.
- Within 6 Hours: You may cancel or modify your order for free.
- After 6 Hours: If production has started (material has been cut), we cannot cancel the order or modify the size.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the funds in your account after we issue the refund.
- For “Change of Mind” returns on standard products, the original shipping cost (if you paid for Express) is non-refundable. Standard Free Shipping costs are covered by us and will not be deducted.
