Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with ZOORMESH. We ship our magnetic screen doors and related products from our manufacturing facility and aim to deliver them efficiently and securely.
Custom production: Every order is made to your measurements and options. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for manufacturing, quality check, and packing before the carrier collects your parcel (exact timing depends on the order and production schedule).
1. Order processing time
Processing time is the period before your order is handed to the shipping carrier (manufacture, QC, and packing).
Typically 3–5 business days (cutting, sewing, and inspection).
We operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed at weekends start processing the next business day.
2. Shipping rates and checkout
Shipping options and any shipping cost for your destination are always shown at checkout before you complete payment. Where we offer complimentary standard shipping, it will appear as free at checkout.
Optional express or upgraded services (for example DHL/FedEx priority), when available for your region, are shown at checkout with their price.
3. Estimated delivery (after dispatch)
After your order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, time in transit and final delivery varies widely depending on destination country/region, shipping service selected, customs inspection and clearance, public holidays, carrier routing and hand-offs, and other factors. We do not list fixed day ranges on this page that apply to every order.
The estimated delivery time or window for your order is what you see in checkout before you complete payment. After dispatch, also check the shipping notification we send and updates on the carrier’s website or tracking link.
Any estimate is indicative only and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays due to customs, weather, peak seasons, flights/capacity, inspections, or last-mile delivery are outside our control for each individual shipment.
4. Order tracking
When your order ships, we send an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
You can also use the “Track order” link in the website footer.
5. Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders are shipped internationally from China. Whether import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, or similar local charges are included in the total you pay is shown only at checkout—please rely on that display (together with shipping in section 2). This Shipping Policy does not list country-by-country rules: regimes differ widely and change often with law, trade policy, shipment value, origin, and other factors.
Actual amounts, basis, and collection are determined by customs and tax authorities, brokers, and carriers in your destination. Unless checkout clearly states that such charges are included or prepaid on your behalf, you are typically the importer of record, must pay any assessed charges, and should complete clearance promptly.
If a parcel is returned because charges are unpaid, refused, or clearance is not completed, related costs may be deducted from any refund as allowed by applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Shipping address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel after dispatch.
If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address you provided, we can reship at your expense for the new shipment.
7. Damage or defects on arrival
Packages are insured. If your product arrives damaged:

Send clear photos of the product and the packaging.
We will arrange a remedy in line with our Return & Refund Policy (including replacement where applicable).
8. Lost parcels
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, check with neighbours and your local depot first. If it is still missing after 3 days, contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.
