Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the ZOORMESH website (the “Service”).
1. Agreement
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
Company / we / us: Hangzhou Zhimufang Decoration Co., Ltd.
Service: The ZOORMESH website and related sales channels we operate.
Products: Magnetic screen doors, window screens, accessories, and related items, including custom-sized goods.
3. Products, custom orders, and pricing
3.1 Descriptions and images
We try to describe products accurately. Minor colour differences can occur because of screens and materials. If something is materially wrong, contact us—we will help under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
3.2 Custom measurements
For made-to-measure products you confirm the width and height (and other options) at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of those measurements.
We manufacture to the dimensions on your order. We do not accept returns or refunds solely because the product does not fit when the measurements you provided were incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Manufacturing tolerance: Handmade products may vary within ±1 cm (10 mm) per dimension from the ordered size; variation within that tolerance is not a defect.
3.3 Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout.
Payments are processed by PayPal (including card payments where PayPal offers them). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from China unless we state otherwise. Delivery times on the Site are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
Taxes, duties, and customs charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Unless we explicitly include them at checkout, import charges are your responsibility.
5. Returns and refunds
Remedies for quality defects, damage visible on delivery, and manufacturing errors (including finished sizes outside the stated ±1 cm tolerance) are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In principle, once your order has been shipped, we do not accept returns for change of mind or other discretionary reasons. All orders are custom-made.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under the laws of your country (for example the Australian Consumer Law where it applies).
6. Intellectual property
Content on the Service (text, graphics, logos, layout) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you tell us of unauthorised use.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service unlawfully, to harm others, to scrape or overload our systems, or to misrepresent your identity.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Except where prohibited, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or products.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.
Australian consumers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms restricts those rights.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence may also apply.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version applies once posted on the Site with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
